In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality inbound deliverables (KPI’s, website and blog analytics, reporting, campaigns) to address client’s business challenges and marketing objectives.

We’re in search of an Inbound Marketing Strategist with a high level of GSD to contribute to our growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure customer success and be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of growing companies
  • Coordinate inbound campaigns and strategies
  • Provide inbound best practices, with strategic intent of delivering high quality inbound assets
  • Identify client’s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics
  • Provide recommendations based on marketing analytics and inbound assessment to address key business and marketing challenges
  • Develop inbound performance reports to analyze and monitor inbound strategy effectiveness
  • Work company wide to provide continuing assistance with inbound marketing strategies
  • Regularly perform portal and/or website audits to identify areas of opportunity
  • Unify marketing and sales platforms, people and processes 
  • Project coordinate to ensure scope and budget are met
  • Responsible for creating project schedules, coordinating deliverables, and facilitating resources for your portfolio of companies
  • Help build and manage partner and customer relationships
  • Drive upgraded revenue from service upsells and existing service solution adoption
  • Develop lasting relationships with retainer customers to ensure ongoing service
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for New Breed suite of products and solutions

You need to:

  • Inbound and HubSpot certification
  • Expertise in web analytics and tracking implementation
  • Quantitative skills and ability to communicate digestible user stories
  • In-depth working knowledge of Google Analytics, GSuite, Microsoft applications
  • Be leading, mentoring and inspiring a team
  • Experience in Marketing Software or HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Some experience with a startup is preferred
  • Experience in successfully growing relationships and creating customer success
  • Keep current with inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources
  • An entrepreneurial drive to GSD in a fast moving startup environment where things can change quickly
  • Self motivation, self awareness, self discipline, self improvement, use good judgment, positive energy, willingness to help others
  • The ability to adapt and create proactive change
  • Identify optimal process efficiencies
